Domain and Hosting – Terms and Conditions

As part of our website design and development packages, we offer a complimentary 1-year domain and hosting plan to help our clients establish their online presence quickly and cost-effectively. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how the free domain and hosting offer works, and the responsibilities that come with it.

  1. What’s Included in the Free Offer

When you purchase a qualifying website package from us, we provide:

    1. 1 (one) domain name registration for a period of 1 year (.com, .in, or other available extensions).
    2. Web hosting service for 1 year, suitable for small to medium websites (shared hosting environment).
    3. Initial setup and configuration, including pointing the domain to the hosting server, installing the CMS (like WordPress), and setting up security and performance essentials.
    4. Basic email configuration (if part of the hosting plan).
    5. Ongoing basic technical support during the first year related to hosting and domain-level issues.

This offer is designed to help our clients launch their websites smoothly without needing to worry about purchasing technical services separately during the first year.

  2. Renewal Policy

The free domain and hosting are valid for a single year starting from the domain registration date. Once the first year ends:

    1. Clients are responsible for renewing both the domain and hosting if they wish to continue using the services.
    2. We will send a renewal reminder at least 30 days in advance of the domain expiry.
    3. If the renewal is not confirmed and paid for before the expiry date, the domain and/or hosting may expire, resulting in website downtime or loss of access.
    4. Renewal charges will be shared via email, and may vary slightly depending on domain extension and hosting plan specifications.
  3. Domain & Hosting Access / Transfer Policy

We understand that some clients may wish to manage their domain and hosting independently after the first year or sooner. We are happy to assist with that, subject to the following conditions:

To transfer domain/hosting to your own provider:

    1. You must notify us at least 60 days prior to your domain’s renewal date.
    2. We will initiate the release of your domain and hosting details (including EPP/Auth code) to your provided email.
    3. The receiving registrar or hosting provider must be ready to accept the transfer.

Late Requests (within 60 days of renewal):

    1. If your request to transfer the domain or hosting comes within 60 days of the renewal, the domain and hosting must first be renewed for an additional 1 year through us.
    2. The renewal fee must be paid before the release can be processed.
    3. This is standard practice in the web hosting and domain registration industry, as last-minute transfers risk failed migrations, data loss, and domain expiration.

    Transfer-in-progress Caution:

    1. Do not initiate a transfer request without confirming with our team.
    2. We are not responsible for domain or website downtime during a transfer that was not coordinated with us.
  4. General Terms and Considerations
    1. The free domain and hosting are initially registered under our business account for technical convenience and centralized management.
    2. All domains remain the property of the client, provided renewal and service terms are met.
    3. We do not sell or lease client domains.
    4. In case of any dispute over domain ownership, our records of project acceptance and registration dates will be used for verification.
    5. If a client becomes unresponsive after the first year and fails to pay for renewals, we reserve the right to suspend and eventually terminate the services.
    6. Clients must maintain an updated email address and stay responsive to domain expiry alerts or renewal notices.
    7. If you move your domain and hosting away from our service, we are not liable for any technical issues, such as configuration errors, downtime, or content migration problems, that occur after the transition.
  5. Our Recommendation

If you’re considering managing your domain and hosting yourself in the future:

    1. Let us know early so we can guide you through the best practices and help you avoid service disruptions.
    2. Domain and hosting transitions are smoothest when done 2–3 months before expiration.
    3. We’re always here to assist during the handover, provide backups, and offer professional guidance for continuity.
  6. Support and Contact

If you have any questions about your domain, hosting, renewal, or transfer options, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Thank you for choosing us for your web presence. We look forward to continuing to support your business online!
