Will my client ever know you exist?

No. Everything we produce carries your branding — staging links, documents, reports and handover files. We do not appear on calls, in email threads, or in any deliverable unless you specifically invite us. To your client, the work is yours.
Do you sign an NDA and a non-solicitation agreement?

Yes — before any scope is discussed. We will sign your own NDA if you have one, or provide ours. It includes a non-solicitation clause: we do not contact, market to, or accept direct work from any client introduced through you, during the partnership or after it ends.
Who talks to whom during a project?

You talk to your client. We talk to you. Every partnership gets a dedicated project manager who works to your preferred channel — email, WhatsApp, Slack or your own project management tool. Nothing routes through us to your client and nothing routes back.
How quickly do I get a quote?

Within 24 working hours for most briefs. Send a scope document, a Figma file, or even a two-line description and you receive an itemised fixed quote — not a range and not a request for another meeting. Larger platform builds may take 48 hours where architecture needs mapping first.
How does pricing work — per project or monthly?

Both. Most partners work project by project on fixed quotes with milestone payments. If your volume is steady, you can reserve a dedicated developer, designer or full pod on a monthly basis instead, which usually works out lower per project and guarantees availability.
Can you build from our designs?

Yes. Figma, XD, Sketch or flat files — we build to your design exactly, and we will flag anything that will not translate cleanly to code before we start rather than after. If you would rather we handle design too, our UI/UX team can work in your house style.
What platforms and technologies do you cover?

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, custom HTML/CSS builds, Laravel, MERN stack, mobile apps, and AI solutions. We also handle SEO and AI SEO work with reports delivered under your logo. One partner covers your whole production pipeline rather than four.
Do we have to pay for each project separately?

Not once the partnership is established. We work through your month — however many projects you send — and raise a single itemised invoice on the 30th covering only what was completed and delivered inside that month. You verify it against your own records and settle within a week. Nothing still in progress appears on the invoice.
Is there a minimum commitment or retainer?

No. There is no minimum spend, no monthly retainer, and no contract lock-in. Many partners begin with a single overflow project to test how we work before routing anything larger to us. Dedicated monthly resources are available if you want guaranteed capacity, but they are optional.
Can you take over a project that is half-built or has gone wrong?

Yes, and it is more common than you might expect. We audit the existing codebase first and tell you honestly whether it is worth continuing or faster to rebuild — including when the honest answer costs us the larger job. Inherited WordPress sites, stalled custom builds and abandoned platform migrations are all regular work for us.
Who is accountable if something breaks after launch?

We are. Every build includes 12 months of technical support covering bug fixes, security patches and minor updates — extended to you, and passed on to your client under your name. After that period, ongoing maintenance simply continues on your monthly invoice like any other work.
Do we own the code?

Yes. 100% of the source code transfers to you on final payment — no licensing fees, no platform lock-in, no ongoing charges. You can host it anywhere, hand it to your client, or bring maintenance in-house whenever you choose.
