Neel Networks is a web design, development and digital services company based at A-104, Bhoomi Utsav, M. G. Road, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067, Maharashtra, India. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the data controller for the information described here.

• When you enquire: your name, email address, telephone number, city or country, company name, and whatever you tell us about your project.
• When you apply for a role: your contact details, location, links you share, the position applied for, your experience, qualifications and skills, your notice period and expectations, your CV and any portfolio or cover note.
• When you become a client: business and billing details, project information, and any access credentials you choose to share with us for the work.
• Automatically, when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent, and the site that referred you.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal data.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To deliver, support and invoice the work you have asked us to do.
• To consider your application if you have applied for a role.
• To improve the website and understand how it is used.
• To send occasional updates, only where you have agreed to receive them.

Client credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager and are never shared by email. • Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete it, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.

We are based in India, and some of our service providers operate elsewhere. Where information is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, and we take care that it is protected to the standard described in this policy.
